Virtuoso Office Types Our offices come in several varieties. Furnished “hot offices” are for our virtual and part time clients and can be scheduled and used by the hour as needed. Executive Suite offices are private individual offices for full time, dedicated use. Flex Suite offices are multi-office suites designed for larger users with 3-6 people. With either Executive Suite offices or Flex Suite offices, you’ll have 24/7 access to your office and you can furnish it how you like.
Executive Suite Office

Executive Suite Office When working from home is just not an option and you need a full time, dedicated office solution for 1-3 people, our Executive Suite office plan is perfect. Executive Offices are private, individual, self-contained offices that you can setup your own way – with your own furniture and décor. Standard terms are 12 months, but shorter terms are available as well. With an Executive Suite office you can move in today and be up and running and focused on your business, these offices come setup with phones, internet already setup and ready to go. Also, these packages give you access to building amenities including conference rooms, kitchens, patio etc
Flex Suite Office

Flex Suite Office For larger business operations of 3-10 people looking for a more traditional office layout with multiple offices behind one entrance, our flex suite offices are the right solution. We’ve created a unique hybrid between conventional office space layouts and executive suite resources and services. These are larger offices than the executive suite, also known as a mini-suite. We eliminate about $30 per square foot of office operating costs for the average flex suite tenant. A 1500 sf to 2000 sf conventional office use can be done in a flex suite of only 750 sf to 1000 sf. Shared Space

Shared Space Regardless of whether you chose a virtual, part-time, full time executive or full time flex office, you’ll have equal shared access to all of our shared spaces in the building including the staffed lobby/waiting area, our Conference Room, our Meeting Room, our break room/kitchen area, our large patio meeting area. All told you’ll have access to over 2250 sf of additional space outside of your private space and another 2400 sf of pleasant outdoor Patio meeting area.
